MUSIC

Artists & Activists Working Together to Make a Change

What is MUSIC?

MUSIC is a project of Tulsa NORML that connects volunteer activists with artists who support NORML’s mission to reform marijuana policies. With more than 120 sister chapters throughout the country, and hundreds of volunteers in the Tulsa area alone,  we’re able to work as street teams for entertainers that are part of the MUSIC project.

How does MUSIC Work?

MUSIC creates a mutually beneficial relationship between Tulsa NORML and artists where both parties help to promote each other.

For example, volunteers can put up fliers, create Facebook event pages, pass out handbills, and promote your event via word-of-mouth. MUSIC artists can also be promoted on Tulsa NORML’s website and through our extensive email list!

In exchange, all we ask is that artists help to spread the word by allowing Tulsa NORML to table at shows and giving us an occasional shout-out where appropriate.  All other types of promotion can be discussed as well.

Why You Matter

Music and entertainment is the easiest path to reach out to supporters across the globe. As lovers of live music, and passionate activists, we at Tulsa NORML understand that feeling of inspiration when the audience hear artists singing or talking about the issues they care about.  We want to give you the chance to see the change you make!  By tapping into new fan bases of politically motivated people, you will see firsthand the change you inspire in the world!
