Chapter Profile
Since its founding in 2008, Tulsa NORML has provided a voice in the public policy debate for those citizen's of Tulsa who oppose marijuana prohibition and favor an end to the practice of arresting marijuana smokers.
Today Tulsa NORML continues to lead the fight to reform local and state marijuana laws, whether by voter initiative or through the elected legislatures. Tulsa NORML serves as an informational resource to the local media on marijuana-related stories, providing a perspective to offset the anti-marijuana propaganda from the government; lobbies state legislators in support of reform legislation; publishes a regular newsletter; hosts an informative web site and serves as the one of the more than 120 local chapter groups comprising a national network of citizen-activists committed to ending marijuana prohibition.
Tulsa NORML meets monthly at Hardesty Regional Library (8316 E 93rd St) on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of every month at 7pm.
